Phil Laak Setting The Rules
 Feb 18 2011

Ethics: How far can you go in a live cash game. What is really allowed, and what is not.

Phil 'The Unabomber' Laak seemes to push both the written as well as the unwritten rules in the latest episode of Poker After Dark. Phil Laak, who has been drinking quite some during the show, not only keeps the mood high, but also his blood alcohol level.

Maybe that was why he in the middle of a hand with Eli Elezra suddently felt an urge to push the limit, in matters of good behavior at a poker table. Elezra didn't seem to be marked by the situation, but that didn't stop Howard Lederer for commenting on the incident.

'I have never seen anyone do that before' And I have played some poker over the years, says Howard Lederer and goes on explaining how he would have called a 'floor manager' in Eli's situation.
